HOW IT WORKS / META SHIFT
Understand tier movement across recorded ranked snapshots.
Choose a role and rank bracket to compare two recorded snapshots. Rising and falling describe movement between S+, S, A and B tiers; stable champions keep the same tier even if their ranking position changes. See today's placements in the Wild Rift Tier List, or compare underlying rates in ranked champion statistics.
Start with the latest recorded snapshot and the nearest available capture about seven days earlier. Longer comparison periods and a custom recorded date require the appropriate PRO plan.
Use the same Diamond+, Master+, Challenger or Legendary bracket and All lanes or Solo, Jungle, Mid, Duo or Support lane.
Tier changes are S+, S, A or B movements. Ranking positions are shown separately and do not imply an automatic tier change.
Inspect win, pick and ban rates in the champion tooltip, then open the guide to learn abilities, builds and matchup decisions.
Wild Rift Meta Shift compares recorded champion tier placements across dates, not individual match outcomes or predictions. Use it to identify champions whose S+, S, A or B tier changed and picks that remained in the same tier. For current placements rather than historical movement, open the Wild Rift Tier List.
Rising means a stronger tier in the newer snapshot, Falling means a weaker one, and Stable means the same tier on both dates. Rank position and win rate can change without a tier change. Newly tracked and No longer tracked indicate differences in recorded coverage, not new champion releases or removals.
Check an all-lanes overview or Solo, Jungle, Mid, Duo and Support across Diamond+, Master+, Challenger and Legendary. The all-lanes overview uses each champion’s strongest recorded role tier in each snapshot, not an independent combined match sample. Differences between roles and ranks matter: a champion can gain momentum in one lane while remaining stable in another.
Seven-day comparisons are available free when both recorded snapshots exist. PRO Standard supports 14- and 30-day periods; PRO Plus adds 60- and 90-day comparisons. Custom recorded dates depend on plan permissions and available captures. A longer interval does not guarantee that a champion will keep rising or falling.
Check tier changes alongside champion win, pick and ban rates and weekly or monthly ranked performance. For documented ability and balance adjustments, review Wild Rift champion buffs and nerfs. A tier shift alone does not establish the reason for a change.
HELP / FAQ
You can compare available champion movements from the latest snapshot against a seven-day historical snapshot. Longer intervals and a custom date are PRO features.
Rising means a stronger tier, Falling a weaker tier, and Stable an unchanged tier. A champion can change its position without changing its tier.
Those labels show differences in the recorded data coverage between snapshots. They do not mean a champion was released or removed from the game.
No. The feature compares observed historical snapshots; tier movement does not by itself prove that a Riot balance change caused the difference. Review recorded champion buffs and nerfs separately. Future outcomes cannot be determined from these snapshots alone.
The seven-day view is free. PRO offers 14, 30, 60 and 90 days and a custom recorded date, where suitable historical captures exist.
